Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Join the Valencia Group team as a Front Desk Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and hotel operations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
  • Proficient in hotel management systems and software.
