Position Overview

The Human Resources Representative plays a crucial role in delivering HR leadership and services that align with the organization's mission. This position is responsible for interpreting policies, providing information, and offering support to leaders, managers, and employees across various HR functional areas, including employee relations, benefits, employment, compensation, payroll, and employee health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment efforts for designated areas, including internal transfers and external hiring.
  • Conduct employee relations tasks such as investigations, coaching, counseling, and terminations, focusing on effective problem-solving.
  • Administer employee benefit programs.
  • Assist the HR Director in addressing performance management issues related to compensation and pay.
  • Achieve assigned objectives and goals.

Qualifications

Education:

Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Two additional years of HR experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Experience:

Preferred: Three years of experience within a healthcare system.

Minimum: Three years of experience in Human Resources.

Special Skills:

Minimum: Prior experience with automated HR/Payroll systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
