Position Overview:

As a Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare OSHPD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various healthcare construction projects, including new builds, renovations, expansions, and seismic upgrades. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare construction and a solid understanding of OSHPD standards, with a proven history of successful project completions in hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and resource allocation.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project.
  • Oversee daily construction activities and maintain high-quality standards.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction sector, particularly in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes and relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in construction management software and design visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHPD regulations and standards is essential.
  • Experience with Behavioral Hospital Construction and Healthcare Towers is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
