Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and skilled Permanent Assistant Superintendent specializing in Healthcare Construction to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a variety of healthcare construction projects, including new construction, hospital renovations, expansions, and additions. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about construction management and eager to contribute to enhancing healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the strategic planning and coordination of all healthcare construction activities to meet project goals within set timelines and budgets.
2. Supervise daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
3. Oversee all construction activities, including new builds, hospital renovations, expansions, and additions.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
5. Aid in the development and management of project schedules and financial plans.
6. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to guarantee that all healthcare projects meet the highest standards.

8. Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction sector, particularly in healthcare projects.

4. Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.
