Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare OSHPD projects to join our dynamic construction team. This position involves overseeing healthcare construction initiatives from inception to completion, including remodels, renovations, expansions, and seismic upgrades. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of healthcare construction, particularly with OSHPD regulations, and a successful history of managing projects in hospital environments, including Behavioral Health Facilities and Healthcare Towers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to construction techniques.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction sector, ideally within healthcare.
  • Demonstrated project management experience in construction.
  • Proficient in design and visualization software.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction management processes and standards.
  • Familiarity with OSHPD regulations and experience in Behavioral Health and Healthcare Tower projects is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
