Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a motivated and skilled Permanent Assistant Superintendent specializing in healthcare construction to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee various healthcare construction initiatives, including new builds, hospital projects, renovations, and expansions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating all healthcare construction activities to meet project goals within established timelines and budgets.

3. Oversee all construction activities, including ground-up projects, hospital builds, renovations, and expansions.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction sector, particularly in healthcare.
2. Proven track record in ground-up construction, hospital projects, renovations, and expansions.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
