Position Overview

Inizio Engage is assembling a nationwide team of field-based Healthcare Sales Consultants. This role serves as an excellent entry point into the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The primary aim of the Healthcare Sales Consultant position is to enhance awareness of high-risk patient demographics for COVID-19 through educational initiatives.

This is a contracted field team dedicated to raising awareness about high-risk patients for COVID-19 within urgent care and retail pharmacy environments, as well as among targeted healthcare professionals.

  • Provide educational support to healthcare providers regarding COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment alternatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and ongoing engagement as outlined in the Field Educational Contract.
  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing colleagues to ensure alignment of goals and coordinated efforts across various channels.
  • Analyze the customer and market landscape within assigned regions to prioritize opportunities and develop actionable plans aimed at maximizing educational impact and sales effectiveness.
  • Utilize approved promotional materials to reinforce marketing messages.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant disease states, market dynamics, quality programs, and healthcare trends to facilitate meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Exhibit territory expertise through customer analysis, tailoring unique educational sales approaches based on previous interactions and available data.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and prioritize local opportunities and implement strategies for targeted accounts.
  • Guide retail pharmacy interactions at the local level to enhance educational outreach.
  • Customize educational sales messages to meet identified customer needs.
  • Balance necessary study and certification time during off-hours to stay informed on medical, product, and policy information.
  • Participate in all required training sessions and sales conferences, whether in-person or remote.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training within specified timelines.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or Medical Device Sales
  • Background in Professional Sales or Promotional Activities
  • Entrepreneurial experience, such as owning a small business, along with skills in Marketing, Customer Service, or Account Management
  • Relevant Healthcare or Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
  • Full-time Military experience
  • Experience in urgent care settings
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in computer/iPad usage
