Lead Luxury Sales Representative

Job Summary:
LaserAway is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Luxury Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales of our hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments by conducting outbound calls to warm leads, conduct consultations, and expertly describe LaserAway's treatments and skin care line.
- Build rapport with potential patients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare financing contracts with lenders like Care Credit.
- Introduce new products and services to existing accounts.
- Upsell additional products and services to ensure continued client engagement.
- Evaluate current aesthetic treatment processes and recommend new products and services.
- Check patients in/out, ensure a positive experience, maintain a clean and professional clinic.
- Restock inventory, light cleaning, assist clinicians with room turnover, and uphold brand standards.
- Greet patients warmly, offer beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow LaserAway policies and protocols.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years sales experience required, commission base structure preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay attentive to patients, and be flexible to business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
