Job Title:

Major Account Executive - Intelligence Community

Job Summary:

RSekure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Major Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, as well as growing existing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and sales team to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and strategic initiatives, and identify potential solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and IC customers to drive associated product revenue.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including solutions consulting, presentations, and responses to client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of IC agencies' mission needs and requirements.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of RSekure's technology and services offerings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey product and services benefits to technical and non-technical IC stakeholders.
  • Strong network and consulting sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and a competitive disposition.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within the technology infrastructure Value Added Reseller (VAR) space.
  • Experience working in or selling into the IC.
  • Top Secret clearance.
Work Environment:

Employee will be working indoors at times in an office environment with other people. Potential moderate temperature fluctuations. Typical indoor and computer-related noise level, and typical office, paper, and equipment-related dust. Exposure to video display terminals occurs regularly. Employee will be traveling to various sites and locations for outside sales purposes, requiring flexibility working in different settings.

Physical Demands:

To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, the employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; see to read printed materials and computer screens; mobility to work in a typical office setting.
