The Team

AQR is seeking a full-time Analyst to support our U.S. Wealth Team within the Business Development division. This group collaborates with clients across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East to provide tailored solutions that meet their investment goals. Our clientele includes some of the largest institutional investors globally, such as public and corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, as well as foundations and endowments. We also cater to the private wealth sector and Registered Investment Advisors.
  • U.S. Wealth - This segment was established to engage with taxable U.S. investors and their advisors. The team is responsible for educating and managing relationships with current and prospective clients regarding AQR strategies, focusing on the Family Office community, Registered Investment Advisors, and top-tier advisors within major Broker-Dealer firms.
Your Role
  • Assist senior relationship managers with sales and administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing analytics, presentations, and client materials, as well as maintaining databases (CRM).
  • Provide inbound and outbound client support, aiding in client servicing, prospect quantification, and follow-up communications.
  • Utilize databases and sales reports proactively to support senior relationship managers in territory management.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Portfolio Solutions, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk, and Trading teams to fulfill client requests.
  • Develop a strong understanding of AQR products and asset classes, demonstrating a keen interest in the investment industry.
  • Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall team functionality and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree with a focus in Economics, Marketing, Finance, or Business.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in investment management, asset management, consulting, or investment banking.
  • A strong intellectual curiosity.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.

The salary range for this position is projected to be between $110,000 and $120,000. This range reflects our good faith belief regarding the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and other organizational needs. This range may also be subject to future adjustments.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and additional benefits for eligible employees.
