Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and uphold financial models that facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Examine financial data, trends, and performance indicators to deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, including variance analysis and explanations.
- Generate and disseminate precise and timely financial reports, such as monthly management reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct ad hoc financial assessments and special projects as necessary, providing actionable insights to bolster strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to comprehend business drivers and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, boost efficiency, and improve financial reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in a corporate finance or FP&A capacity.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret intricate financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is advantageous.
