KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigate and resolve specific account calculation discrepancies
  • Compute monthly performance metrics for accounts, benchmarks, portfolios, and composites in alignment with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
  • Support the automation of performance tracking and data cleansing
  • Collaborate with GIPS auditors for annual performance verification
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational and trading platforms, infrastructure, and technology
  • Assist in rectifying data within the portfolio accounting system
  • Manage internal tools for performance reporting

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enthusiastic demeanor and high energy
  • Proactive communication and follow-through
  • Experience in performance calculations within an asset management context, particularly with separately managed accounts
  • Familiarity with performance reporting systems, preferably SS&C Technologies Sylvan
  • Knowledge of portfolio accounting systems, ideally SS&C Technologies Global Wealth Platform (GWP)
  • Technical expertise in areas such as performance measurement, GIPS compliance, and composite management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with programming languages like Python or VBA is advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment
