Position Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the financial services sector. Relevant experience in financial services or sales is beneficial, along with necessary registrations, licenses, or certifications.
Licensing:
Obtaining SIE (which does not require firm sponsorship), Series 7, and Series 66 is necessary; if not currently registered, these can be acquired during the assigned paid study period at Edward Jones. FINRA registrations must be completed within three months, and state insurance licenses are also required.
As an associate, ongoing training provided by the firm and regulatory bodies is mandatory to maintain licenses in good standing.

Salary Information:
We understand that building a business takes time, which is why we have developed a new compensation program for financial advisors that supports and rewards you as you acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for success in our client-focused business model.
This program includes trainee pay, supplemental salary for up to four years, commissions, and compensation for new assets gathered during the first five years.
Supplemental Starting Salary Range: $38,500 - $100,000
