The Team

AQR is seeking to recruit a full-time Analyst to become a part of our U.S. Wealth Team within the Business Development division. This group collaborates with AQR's clientele across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, delivering tailored solutions to meet their investment goals. Our clients encompass a diverse array of the world's largest institutional investors, including public and corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, as well as foundations and endowments. Additionally, we cater to the private wealth sector and Registered Investment Advisors.

Your Role

- Provide comprehensive support to senior relationship managers, including scheduling appointments, preparing analytical reports, presentations, client materials, and maintaining databases (CRM).

- Facilitate both inbound and outbound client interactions, assisting in client servicing, prospect evaluation, and dissemination of follow-up information.

- Utilize databases and sales reports proactively to aid senior relationship managers in territory management.

- Collaborate closely with teams in Portfolio Management, Portfolio Solutions, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk, and Trading to address client inquiries.

- Cultivate a deep understanding of AQR's products and asset classes while demonstrating a keen interest in the investment industry.

- Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall team functionality and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with concentrations in Economics, Marketing, Finance, or Business.

- A minimum of two years of relevant post-undergraduate experience in an investment management or asset management firm, consulting firm, or investment banking environment.

- A strong intellectual curiosity and a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

- Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000, reflecting our good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and other organizational needs. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and additional benefits for eligible employees.
