Role Summary

We are seeking a Vice President to enhance our Investment Products Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Product and Audience Marketing. This team plays a pivotal role in facilitating the launch of new funds on our platform and ensuring seamless onboarding for new users. Collaborating closely with iCapital's Business Development teams and Private Wealth Managers, the team aims to elevate awareness of our investment platform's features and benefits, driving user engagement and utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of five Investment Product Marketers.
  • Marketing Efficiency: Enhance and streamline existing marketing workflows with a technology-centric approach.
  • Marketing Materials: Supervise the creation and deployment of sales enablement resources, including presentations and brochures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives and fund launch timelines.
  • Investment Product Knowledge: Serve as the subject matter expert on investment products within the Marketing and Communications division.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside various teams within the Marketing organization, including Brand, Demand Generation, and Content, to design, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Experience in the financial services or fintech sector is highly desirable.
  • Self-driven with strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $185,000. iCapital provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Our benefits package features an employer-matched retirement plan, extensive healthcare coverage with fully paid dental and vision, telemedicine services, virtual mental health support, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
