Role SummaryWe are seeking a Vice President to enhance our Investment Products Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Product and Audience Marketing. This team plays a pivotal role in facilitating the launch of new funds on our technology platform and onboarding new users. Additionally, the team collaborates closely with iCapital's Business Development teams and Private Wealth Managers to promote the features and advantages of our investment platforms, driving user engagement and utilization.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership:
- Oversee and nurture a team of five Investment Product Marketers.
- Marketing Process Enhancement:
- Refine and enhance existing marketing workflows with a technology-centric approach.
- Creation of Marketing Materials:
- Oversee the development and use of sales enablement tools, including presentation decks and brochures.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain vital relationships with business partners to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and fund launch timelines.
- Investment Product Knowledge:
- Act as the primary subject matter expert on investment products within the Marketing and Communications team.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work alongside various teams within the Marketing organization, including Brand, Demand Generation, Content, and Storytelling, to design, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Over 10 years of experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Exceptional collaboration abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in driving business impact through integrated marketing initiatives.
- Experience in financial services or fintech is highly desirable.
- Self-driven with strong project management and process development capabilities.
The base salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $185,000. iCapital provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also benefit from a robust benefits package, including an employer-matched retirement plan, extensive healthcare coverage with fully employer-paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health services, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe that collaboration fosters the best ideas and innovations. Employees in this role will work in the office four days a week, with the option to work remotely one day. Each department has unique requirements, and some roles may be designated as in-office positions based on their specific functions.
