About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Ads team as an Ad Sales and Business Development Manager. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our expanding Ads business. This role focuses on prospecting, business development, and sales, targeting a select group of PayPal merchant partners. You'll utilize your industry connections to secure opportunities for enterprise and mid-market brands to feature offers across PayPal's marketing channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your experience and connections in sales to exceed revenue targets.
  • Prospecting to your book of business, pitching for successful close
  • Work well cross-functionally with AdOps, Sales, Marketing and other important teams
  • Generate a pipeline across key brand verticals including Retail, Home and Garden, Beauty, Travel, Electronics, Groceries and Dining
  • Build effective and long-lasting relationships with brand-side stakeholders at Director+/VP levels, becoming a trusted advisor
Requirements:
  • Digital advertising sales, or payments sales with 6+ years of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Card-linked offer Sales/Management preferred
  • Breaking and growing business by developing long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Leveraging CRM tools to create and manage a pipeline that is consistently updated and accurate.
  • Data-driven selling, and you're comfortable with business and media performance metrics.
  • Influencing decisions up and across an organization through excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
What You Will Receive:
You will receive a competitive salary, estimated at $124,600 to $180,000 per year, based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.
