  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits of pharmacy billing to verify accuracy for clients, governmental entities, and third-party payers.
  • Implement pre-edit strategies utilizing Script IQ.
  • Examine post-edit reports with Net RX for necessary corrections and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with regional offices and pharmacy personnel to facilitate efficient claims rebilling.
  • Analyze medication data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve patient care.
  • Enhance pharmacy operations and manage insurance claims proficiently.
  • Boost revenue capture through comprehensive gross margin reporting.
  • Present analytical findings to management to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in inventory reconciliation as part of revenue cycle management.
  • Propose enhancements to strengthen revenue integrity and compliance.
  • Work towards minimizing medication claim denials and outstanding claims.
  • Comply with company policies and regulations regarding proper medication dispensing.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in long-term care pharmacy.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credential.

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and engaging in various physical activities throughout the workday. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
