Position Overview

The Revenue Operations Specialist is integral to refining our revenue processes and ensuring efficient operations across customer engagement, engineering, marketing, and finance departments. This position is suited for a data-oriented professional with a solid foundation in sales/revenue operations, process enhancement, and analytical capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and stimulate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Enhancement: Design and execute effective revenue operations processes to support sales, marketing, and finance teams. Identify improvement opportunities and work to enhance workflows and systems.
  • Data Oversight: Manage and maintain revenue-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. Generate and analyze reports to facilitate strategic decision-making in partnership with Capella's BI team.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop and present regular reports on revenue performance, sales metrics, and KPIs. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to foster revenue growth.
  • Systems Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of CRM and other revenue-related systems, ensuring effective usage and integration across departments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue strategies and objectives. Facilitate communication and teamwork to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Forecasting Support: Assist in revenue forecasting and planning efforts by providing accurate data and insights. Help develop strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure revenue processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Stay informed on best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with proven expertise in process improvement and data analysis.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue management tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
