Job Summary

This is a key role in the dual enrollment department, supporting the admissions and enrollment of dual enrollment students. The employee will work with the director, site coordinators, and success coaches to provide admissions and enrollment support.

Essential Functions
  • Provides admissions and enrollment support of dual enrollment students (high school students taking college courses) utilizing the Student Information System.
  • Supports other early college activities as assigned, including outreach and customer service provided to students by text, phone, or email.
Requirements
  • One (1) or more years working in secondary or higher education.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students.
  • Customer service experience with use of technology.
Special Working Conditions

May be required to travel and work at high school partner locations and work for long periods of time on a laptop computer.

Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D Driver's License is required; employee must meet district minimum standards regarding driving.
