As a Tailored Branch Support Service Specialist II, you'll be a key partner in our mission to provide timely answers, guidance, and support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Tailored Branch Support Service Specialist II, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) to plan and execute daily functions needed for the branch
  • Delivering exceptional client service by anticipating client needs and improving the client experience
  • Providing high-level support to multiple FAs and serving as a resource to share ideas, problem-solve, and take action
  • Creating and updating standard operating procedures for the branch
  • Providing advanced administrative support, including identifying opportunities, answering incoming calls and emails, scheduling and following up on appointments, paperwork, and scanning
  • Assisting multiple FAs in planning events and seminars

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $40,895
Hiring Maximum: $63,295

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • MUST be located in the PST/MST time zones
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support or customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills, including effective use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, quickly learning and applying new and complex information
