Job Summary

This role is a key part of the dual enrollment department, which serves nearly 10,000 students and partners with over 50 high schools. The employee will work closely with the director, site coordinators, and success coaches to support the admissions and enrollment of dual enrollment students. The primary method of admission and registration is in-person at partnering high schools during the school day. School hours run from 7-4 pm and require travel time. Some phone or hybrid work may be available.

Essential Functions

90% of the time, the employee will provide admissions and enrollment support for dual enrollment students using the Student Information System. 10% of the time, the employee will perform other early college support activities, such as outreach and customer service via text, phone, or email.

Minimum Qualifications

A. One or more years of experience working in secondary or higher education. B. Demonstrated experience working with students. C. Customer service experience using technology.

Desired Qualifications

A. Experience using a student information system to complete processes.

Special Working Conditions

The employee may be required to travel and work at high school partner locations for long periods of time using a laptop computer. A valid State of Arizona Class D Driver's License is required, and the employee must meet district minimum standards regarding driving. Alternatively, if moving from out of state, a valid State Class D Driver's License is required, and the employee must meet district minimum standards regarding driving.
