Regional Sales Director - SE Asia & Australasia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the SE Asia & Australasia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the SE Asia & Australasia region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to achieve their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the sales team is well-informed and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
