Description
Century Interactive Company is seeking a high-energy, high-performing Sales Director to lead our West Region team.

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will lead a team of Account Executives to own and meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of Account Executives to own and meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Lead and develop the Account Executive team by providing clear direction, feedback, coaching, and recruiting key talent.
* Drive execution of the Call Box Sales Playbook.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations tailored to large and key prospects' needs and priorities.
* Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve team objectives.
* Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
* Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Requirements:

* Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
* Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Ability to plan and execute strong strategies.
* Good leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team.
* Ability to manage and delegate the sales team.
* High level of understanding of the market.
* Ability to recognize and recruit sales representatives who will be successful.
