As a Regional Director at Tuesday Morning, you will play a critical role in leading and guiding a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives and drive business results. This position requires a strong leader who can foster a collaborative culture, build strong relationships, and develop a team that is accountable, customer-focused, and results-driven.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, profit objectives, and key performance indicators.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, regional support teams, and corporate partners to influence organizational change and achieve company objectives.

• Provide coaching and development opportunities to store managers to improve performance and drive sales growth.

• Collaborate with the ROM to execute results and provide consultation and correction for under-performing stores.

• Develop and implement budgeting, profit/loss results, and expense approval processes for the region.

• Actively participate in project teams to develop programs and processes that drive process improvements, best practices, and improve the store experience.
