Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients by promoting products and addressing their requirements.
  • Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and develop new business by strategically organizing daily activities to connect with current and prospective sales outlets.
  • Tailor sales presentations based on the specific characteristics of sales outlets or trade factors.
  • Enhance sales efforts by analyzing the current and potential volume of dealers.
  • Process orders by consulting price lists and product documentation.
  • Keep management updated by providing activity and results reports, including daily call summaries, weekly plans, and monthly and annual territory evaluations.
  • Monitor competitive landscape by collecting up-to-date market information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery timelines, and merchandising strategies.
  • Propose modifications in products, services, and policies based on performance evaluations and competitive trends.
  • Address customer issues by investigating concerns, formulating solutions, compiling reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain historical records by documenting sales activities related to the area and customers.
  • Support team objectives by achieving related outcomes as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, particularly with Energy Service Contractors.
  • Strong listening abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with Green Energy products and services.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
