Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly visit all locations within the assigned region to ensure operational standards, food safety, and profitability.
  • Analyze P&L reports to drive growth and make informed decisions, sharing insights with the management team.
  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for sales, productivity, operational performance, labor, budget analysis, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with staffing goals, sales forecasts, labor budgets, food cost budgets, inventory processes, payroll review and approval, and employee documentation.
  • Create a positive working environment that results in high team member engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Ability to understand P&L reports and implement them in sales, loss, and continued progress of profits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong background in service training, hospitality, and overall restaurant operations.
  • Ability to travel to each location frequently and flex weekly schedule around company needs and deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate with teams and departments on increased sales and profitability of locations.
  • Must have or be able to obtain an Alcohol Serving permit where applicable.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
