Compensation: The salary range for this position is $79,000 to $105,966.64, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the Credit Union's core values and service standards while fulfilling its mission and vision.
  • Maintain a strong focus on member service, both internally and externally.
  • Foster teamwork in all interactions with colleagues and in the execution of responsibilities.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of member information is maintained.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Develop and manage the master marketing calendar and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with relevant team members and departments to coordinate marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee internal legal and compliance processes.
  • Assist in proofreading marketing content.
  • Plan, produce, proof, and distribute marketing campaigns and materials, coordinating the printing and delivery of these materials.
  • Ensure that campaigns and collateral adhere to project deadlines.
  • Implement campaign strategies and timelines for seamless execution and delivery.
  • Act as a liaison for the marketing team in internal and external project implementations.
  • Assess the success of marketing promotions and analyze performance reports.
  • Utilize internal communication processes to keep all staff informed about promotions.
  • Evaluate the results and effectiveness of the Credit Union's marketing efforts and report findings to the Vice President/Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills for planning and prioritizing tasks, along with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Experience in crafting professional communications.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in proofreading and layout review.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in various PC software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as required by workload and the dynamic competitive environment of the credit union.
  • Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Must be bondable.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Vice President/Marketing Director.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
