Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on schedule and within budget. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including foremen, laborers, and operators.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate the resources required for each project, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: OSHA-10 certification and First Aid certification required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
