Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret project documentation and specifications
  • Oversee the planning and execution of various projects
  • Draft contracts and negotiate amendments
  • Assist in defining project objectives and scope
  • Create comprehensive project plans
  • Administer project budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor project deliverables and timelines
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams
  • Ensure quality control throughout project phases
  • Track project advancement and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Implement necessary project modifications and adjustments
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in Construction Management
  • Familiarity with Heavy Job Daily Field Reporting Software
  • Proficient in managing Submittal Registers and Processes
  • Understanding of construction materials and methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and Scheduling Software

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to read documents, stand or sit, communicate, and listen
  • Continuously required to sit, listen, and respond to verbal/audio signals
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, kneel, or reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 10 pounds

Work Environment

  • Work may be conducted in an office environment or on construction sites
  • May involve occasional travel to remote locations
