Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers promptly and provide professional service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding inquiries, addressing concerns, and recommending additional services as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority, maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
  • Stay informed about product updates and features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Estimate service costs and completion times, ensuring transparency in pricing.
  • Obtain customer approval for all repair orders and discuss necessary repairs during vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinate service activities to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers regarding the status of their service.
  • Document any changes to repair orders accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Remind customers of upcoming service appointments and necessary maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards, demonstrating our core values in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic knowledge of various automobile models.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic computer and phone skills are required.
