Description

As an Automotive Service Representative, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles to and from service areas and the lot as required.


Your duties will include installing protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in all vehicles that come in for service.

You will also wash and clean vehicles as necessary.

Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the appearance of the lot by cleaning driveways and sidewalks, removing any debris as needed.

It is essential to help keep the shop clean, including windows, doors, and floors.

You will follow all safety and security protocols.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

No prior experience is necessary, but experience in an automotive dealership is a plus.

Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

A valid driver's license for California and a clean driving record are required.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is essential.

Must be capable of safely operating vehicles in tight spaces.

We seek highly professional and reliable individuals.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are crucial, including the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic computer and internet skills are necessary.

Customer service orientation is a must.
