KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards
- Estimate costs, discuss repairs with customers, and secure approvals
- Coordinate repair activities and communicate effectively with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS: No prior experience is required, but candidates should be reliable, professional, and possess strong communication skills. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
