KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome all customers promptly and provide timely, professional service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, addressing concerns, and recommending additional services when suitable.
  • Ensure customers enjoy the best possible experience, maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Indexes.
  • Stay informed about product updates, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Estimate costs and completion times, ensuring transparency in service repairs and charges.
  • Secure customer approval for all repair orders and discuss repair actions during vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinate repair activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their service work.
  • Answer incoming calls courteously and strive to satisfy customer inquiries.
  • Document any changes to repair orders accurately and inspect completed orders for accuracy.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and address any follow-up issues promptly.
  • Maintain friendly relationships to encourage repeat business and recognize loyal customers.
  • Remind customers of service appointments and consult on scheduled maintenance needs.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, demonstrating behaviors aligned with our values.
QUALIFICATIONS: While no prior experience is required, ideal candidates will be reliable, professional, and possess a positive attitude. Additional requirements include:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • General knowledge of various automobiles.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug test.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and phone skills.

COMPENSATION: $33,280.00 annually plus commission based on services sold.
