Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct road tests to verify the quality of repairs.
  • Accurately complete service and repair tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Gather necessary information for parts requests and manage returns effectively.
  • Assess service write-ups to determine diagnostic needs.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain certifications and training as required by the manufacturer and dealership.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic knowledge of various vehicle types.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and phone proficiency.
