Job Description

Pella Corporation, a leading manufacturer of windows and doors, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Sales Consultant to join our team in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals to promote Pella's products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals, focusing on Pella's window and door solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the building products industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven sales performance.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
