POSITION SUMMARY

This role involves the application of advanced project management skills to oversee multiple large-scale technology and product initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the project lead for defining, planning, and executing various large-scale technology and product projects, collaborating with executive sponsors and management to ensure the successful attainment of project objectives. Manage high-stakes initiatives, taking a proactive role in delivering and implementing cross-functional efforts to achieve the desired outcomes for specific programs or strategic goals.
  • Oversee the daily operations of projects, including budget management and resource allocation, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with all project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks proactively, frequently reassessing and updating the risk management plan. Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate project updates, effectively summarizing complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by building strong relationships with stakeholders to better understand their objectives and assess the customer impact of project decisions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • 5 years of experience delivering business solutions through information technology.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering technology solutions within the healthcare infrastructure and/or security sectors.

CERTIFICATIONS

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution experience; adept at uniting diverse teams into effective working groups.
  • Passion for leading projects and engaging with teams to achieve successful technical outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence change and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members managing smaller sub-projects.

Pay Range Minimum:

$78,900.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$146,000.00

Base pay is determined by various factors including qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, along with internal equity, market, and business considerations.
