POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Lead Project Coordinator at Saxon Global, you will oversee comprehensive project oversight, ensuring the successful execution of cloud-based initiatives and supporting systems. Your role will encompass a variety of critical functions, including:

  • Project Oversight: Manage overall project tracking, including deliverable assessments, vendor communications, risk evaluation, financial oversight, and quality assurance.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports that encapsulate project activities, stakeholder progress, vendor performance, and any significant risks or changes.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and uphold standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Project Planning: Plan and coordinate all aspects of cloud-related projects, which includes crafting project timelines, monitoring progress, facilitating meetings, managing risks, and ensuring deliverable quality.
  • Risk Management: Maintain a comprehensive risk register addressing financial and operational risks.
  • Team Management: Supervise multiple project teams, including Project Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Liaise effectively with internal teams, third-party cloud service providers, and technology personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience as a project manager or business analyst on large-scale government projects, with a minimum of 15 years of expertise.
  • Strong background in gathering, documenting, and conveying business requirements, with 10-15 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize project teams and develop work plans for multiple initiatives, with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Experience in estimating and planning project timelines and milestones, and managing task schedules for a minimum of 10 years.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience collaborating with Network, Linux, and Database Administrators, with 10-15 years of expertise.
  • Familiarity with cloud provider support teams and third-party contractors, with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in designing, documenting, and enhancing business processes.
  • Ability to train end users on data access.
  • Understanding of online web portal architectures and the interaction between legacy and web-based systems.
  • Experience with Unemployment Insurance Projects or multi-tenant shared platforms.
  • Experience with multi-state projects related to unemployment insurance programs is advantageous.
