Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our capital projects and drive business growth at JSP International LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing large-scale projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all facets of capital projects, including budgeting, timelines, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
  • Develop and implement project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address mechanical and process improvement opportunities.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions for equipment and installation services.
  • Communicate project economics and payback estimates to upper management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management, mechanical engineering concepts, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to source and direct contractors, handle multiple complex projects concurrently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to create and facilitate presentations to peers and upper management.
