Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Email Marketing Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee our revenue-generating email communications, brainstorm new newsletter concepts, manage automated email campaigns, and expand our subscriber network.

This position demands a solid grasp of email marketing principles, a keen interest in technology, and the capability to craft captivating content that connects with our audience.


Key Responsibilities:


Formulate and execute detailed email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and drive revenue for our newsletters.

Oversee the complete email marketing workflow, including planning, content development, design, scheduling, and performance analysis.
Generate and curate engaging content for newsletters, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and audience interests.
Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality email campaigns.
Design and manage automated email sequences to boost engagement and retention on our platforms.
Supervise the management of email systems, ensuring they are effectively leveraged to meet marketing goals.
Work closely with the sales team to synchronize email marketing initiatives with sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Evaluate email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for optimizing future campaigns.
Develop and implement strategies to grow our email subscriber list, including list-building, segmentation, and targeting.
Identify and apply opportunities for personalization and A/B testing to enhance email effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to email marketing regulations and best practices, including compliance with relevant laws.
Stay informed about industry trends, email marketing tools, and best practices to continuously improve our email marketing efforts.
Propose and initiate new newsletter concepts to broaden our reach and engagement with our audience.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within the technology industry.
Demonstrated success in managing effective email marketing campaigns and expanding subscriber bases.
Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Strong analytical skills and the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in a media or publishing environment.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design and optimization.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
