Position Summary:
This dynamic team is in search of a Lead Financial Strategist specializing in Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A. This role encompasses extensive financial planning, management reporting, analytical tasks, and collaboration with business partners. The FP&A team collaborates closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors to formulate operational plans and long-term strategic planning scenarios.

The FP&A team also plays a vital role within the finance department, including the preparation and execution of equity offerings. This position is responsible for delivering timely and precise financial insights and analytics to all levels of business partners, aiding in crucial decision-making to achieve the company's financial and operational goals.

As part of the broader finance team at Immunovant, this role presents opportunities for organic learning and development across various domains, including clinical development and operations, CMC, Investor Relations, Accounting, SEC Reporting, and Commercial, engaging with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business partners to oversee the creation and monitoring of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and month-end reporting for specific business sectors.
2. Develop meaningful, timely reports, analytics, and financial reviews that support leaders in business areas and facilitate the execution of their priorities.
3. Assist the VP of FP&A with financing and business development initiatives, including the upkeep of our virtual data room.
4. Create comprehensive multi-year strategic financial plans and scenario modeling, including summaries for the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
5. Prepare materials for board and shareholder meetings, periodic executive leadership team meetings, and various strategic initiatives.
6. Support the VP of Investor Relations with diverse analyses for both internal and external audiences.
7. Generate ad hoc analyses and straightforward, effective models to inform the finance leadership team.
8. Provide analytical support and decision-making assistance that enables management to assess alternatives, make informed decisions, and understand the implications of those decisions.
9. Offer solutions-oriented advice to finance leadership regarding critical decisions and priorities.
10. Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, personnel, and relevant technology to identify, configure, and communicate valuable information, providing practical business counsel to support partners across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or consulting roles.
- Highly driven with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to engage in both large and small tasks as required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in a remote working environment.
- Excellent learning agility, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and complex modeling techniques.
- Ability to simplify complex models and analyses into clear, impactful insights.
- Capacity to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and devise solutions for emerging challenges.
- A BA or BS degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors, including through banking and consulting.
- Familiarity with Adaptive, NetSuite, and other reporting tools.
- Experience in a dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Compensation:
Compensation is determined by various factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000.00 to $110,000.00. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including unlimited paid time off and parental leave.
