Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Schedule services and appointments, including transportation arrangements.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the coordination of services and appointments.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and services.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative in a medical front office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
