Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone communications effectively

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a comparable role
  • Proficient with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
