As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for originating quality mortgage and home equity loans, building strong relationships with referral sources, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate quality mortgage and home equity loans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including Realtors, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, and other industry professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a seamless and efficient loan process
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, economic activity, and other local and national developments related to the mortgage industry
  • Manage your pipeline to ensure all borrowers are serviced and funded loans are prioritized
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of successful mortgage origination experience with a transferable book of referral business and strong centers of influence
  • NMLS registration or eligibility for NMLS registration required
  • A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship or similar program
