Job Title: Senior Loan Processor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Processor to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a Senior Loan Processor, you will be responsible for processing and closing loan applications from initial set-up through funding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and close loan applications within established timeframes
  • Communicate effectively with customers, Lennar associates, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
  • Review and analyze loan documents to ensure compliance with underwriting and investor requirements
  • Maintain a pipeline of loans with a focus on customer service, quality, and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with investor and internal guideline changes
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor
  • Current knowledge of closing and title requirements
  • Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwriting
  • Encompass experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

The median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $28.85-$30.29/hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and education assistance program.
