Account Executive Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Goosehead Insurance. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
- Generate new business revenue monthly and work to achieve individual and team-level goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

- B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major.
