The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our SMB Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth through the implementation of Dialpad's Talk, Contact Center, and Sell solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete sales process from start to finish
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take small business prospects to active Dialpad clients
  • Help businesses solve complex communications problems
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and Highspot
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales
