Sales Manager for Small Business Sales

As a Manager, SMB Sales at Dialpad, you will lead and train a team of Account Executives to create qualified opportunities for our Sales team. You will be a source of knowledge and best practices to help the team meet and exceed expectations. This role plays an essential part in pipelining and running the entire sales process for Small Business prospects, collaborating closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Marketing to constantly improve closing ratios and customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Run a weekly team meeting and 1:1's with your Account Executives, as well as bi-weekly coaching sessions.
- Attend weekly leadership meetings.
- Coach and evaluate your team's skills, identify any gaps, and use this knowledge to uplevel their abilities to run the sales process.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
