Senior Account Executive, SMB

Dialpad is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive, SMB to join our team. As a key member of our SMB Sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth in the small business market.
As a Senior Account Executive, SMB, you will own the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take small business prospects to active Dialpad clients. You will also help businesses solve complex communications problems and drive growth through the implementation of Dialpad's products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales process, inclusive of working leads and generating pipeline
- Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases
- Have weekly 1:1's with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
- Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot
- Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales
