Strategic Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary
JCO Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to manage key accounts and drive sales growth in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement marketing collateral, including training presentations and application presentations.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments and applications.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts and communicate macro market trends.
- Be accountable for delivering the agreed-upon budget/plan sales/order number.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the aerospace industry.
- Minimum of 50% travel required.
Requirements
- 5-7 years sales and marketing experience in the process control or instrumentation industry.
- Deep knowledge of the aerospace market and key OEMs.
- Proven track record of key account management.
- Knowledge and experience of other industrial markets, including biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, chemical, food and beverage, water and waste, agriculture, automotive, and oil and gas.
- Experience managing a rep distribution channel.
