Job Summary

JCO Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to manage key accounts and drive sales growth in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing collateral, including training presentations and application presentations.
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments and applications.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts and communicate macro market trends.
  • Be accountable for delivering the agreed-upon budget/plan sales/order number.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the aerospace industry.
  • Minimum of 50% travel required.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years sales and marketing experience in the process control or instrumentation industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the aerospace market and key OEMs.
  • Proven track record of key account management.
  • Knowledge and experience of other industrial markets, including biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, chemical, food and beverage, water and waste, agriculture, automotive, and oil and gas.
  • Experience managing a rep distribution channel.
